Chinese New Year

I spent my Chinese New Year with this crazy duo cousins of mine.....bahahahaha.

Wynn Hong is trying to give me more ears....he's trying to be a mischief here!

Here's little Ms. Wei Lynn

She maybe 6 years old and petite in size but she has lotsa energy to run and play. 

As you can see, she loves to have her picture taken....

of course with ME in it ;D

Now master Wyn Hong, he's 10 years old this year. 

He's grown so much taller now but you can't see that in the picture..hahaha

I just love them lotsa!!

Bountiful Treasures

Chinese New Year is just around the corner, mommy is busy experimenting with this recipe called Bountiful Treasures. This is how it looks like.

I don't understand why it's called Bountiful Treasures as I can seem to find any big bones except a skinny ducky bone..where are the treasures then???

Me secretly, having a sniff and whiff at the pot of Bountiful Treasures- all the waxed meat, duck and sausages.

I don't get to try some of it????

This Chinese New Year, mommy's brother, Uncle Faymann and his family are back to spend the New Year with grandpa & us in our home.

These two are really full of energy..it seems like they have been charged by that battery  called "ENERGIZER"..hahahaha

They engaged me in their playing session which doesn't seem to end at all.

Chinese New Year

Mommy say flowers and certain plants are very important during Chinese New Year and there are many different types of it. In our home, we would only be putting up the pink Plum Blossoms

I accompanied mommy till midnight to put up the Plum Blossoms in our home. Well, okay..I admit wasn't really helping to put it up but more interested in chewing them as they were laid out on the floor......hahahahaha. 

No worries there are still plenty of them though ;p

It seems that these Plum blossoms burst forth at the end of winter on a seemingly lifeless branch. It signifies courage, hope and beauty.  

Well, the ones that we have are not real one though but they are good enough to make mommy happy. I'm happy too when mommy is happy :)

Chinese New Year

Sorry to all my pawsome pals for not updating my blog lately as mommy seems to be pretty busy at the moment. In fact our Christmas decorations was just brought down last week ^^

Now mommy is busy rushing to get ready for Chinese New Year. Ahhhh...another big celebration ^^

I have been helping mommy in decorating our home for this coming Chinese New Year. 

Take a look at my so call "art work" ...hahahahahaha

The lime or kumquat tree made of cardboard which mommy bought it sometime ago. 

The word for kumquat or lime in Chinese is KAT and it means good luck.

The golden tray that has the gold nugget is mommy's very own art work.

Mommy says, the plastic container would soon be filled with lots of yummy cookies!!

 

 

This is my art work coz it has ME in it!! Hahahahahaha

 I'm opening my big mouth to get ready to munch all these lovely goodies in the gold nugget. nO, I'm actually yawning, all this posing before the camera is making me a bit tired.

Here's my nephew- Wynn Hong and niece- Wei Lynn taking picture with Teddy during the recent Chinese New Year(CNY). As you can see, Wei Lynn would always have MO MO with her. In fact she can't sleep without MO MO.

This CNY, Teddy is very excited as Wynn Hong and Wei Lynn is back to play with him. He simply adores them except of the time when they exhaust him with all their playing...hahahahahahaha

But Teddy as usual is very understanding and adjust very quickly with them.
I guess it's because he knows Wynn Hong and Wei Lynn are just here for a short period of time that's why he puts up with all their antics.

You can see here how Wynn Hong is trying to get Teddy to stand for this pic...Teddy must be tired from all the running around earlier on. His legs feel weak..... LOL
