Cheese baked rice

Mommy trying to improvise my dinner as she noticed I did not eat much due to my medication.

She called this "Cheese Baked Rice with fish in it". 

 Can you see the grated cheddar cheese melting on the top.......yummmmy yummy!!

I love the smell of melting cheese coming from the oven.

This is one dinner that got me finishing it and leave my bowl shining empty!!
